Prometheus Lafontana - Formas Animadas
According to Greek mythology, after Zeus created the living beings, Prometheus and his brother Epimetheus were given the task of assigning each animal varied gifts and natural abilities: some received wings, others fast paws, claws, shells for protection, etc… When it came to the man, who would be better than all animals, Epimetheus had exhausted all the resources. Prometheus stole the fire from the gods, in order to ensure the superiority of man over the other animals. As punishment to Prometheus, Zeus orders Hephaestus to enchain him forever to the Caucasus Mount, where every day an eagle devoured his liver that was always regenerated. Zeus also punishes man, creating the deadly Pandora and sending her as bride to Epimetheus. Along with Pandora, he sends a closed box containing a secret that should never be revealed …Direction and
